Code of Conduct
Last Updated: September 2026 | Version 1.0.2
The Unfoldd CTF is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive learning experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality, or technical experience level. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
1. Expected Behavior
- Be Respectful: Treat all competitors, organizers, and platform staff with respect. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- Be Inclusive: Welcome newcomers. CTFs can be intimidating. If someone asks for help (post-competition), guide them conceptually rather than mocking their skill level.
- Professionalism: Ensure your usernames, team names, profile pictures, and any user-generated content are safe for work and free of offensive, discriminatory, or political messaging.
2. Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability.
- Sharing sexual images, inappropriate links, or spam in community channels or platform profiles.
- Sustained disruption of community channels (e.g., Discord, forums).
- Doxxing or revealing personally identifying information of other competitors without their consent.
3. Enforcement
Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the platform administrators may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the platform without warning.
4. Reporting
If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify an administrator as soon as possible by emailing team@unfoldd.me or reaching out to a moderator on our official community channels. All reports will remain strictly confidential.
