IMPORTANT: By accessing or using the Unfoldd CTF platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Educational Purpose Only
The Unfoldd Capture The Flag (CTF) platform is an educational tool designed to teach cybersecurity concepts in a safe, sandboxed environment. The techniques demonstrated and practiced here are for educational and defensive purposes only.
2. Authorized Targets & Liability
You are only authorized to launch attacks against the specific infrastructure explicitly designated within the challenge parameters.
Waiver of Liability: Unfoldd, its creators, and sponsors assume zero liability for any misuse of the information or techniques learned on this platform. If you utilize these techniques to attack third-party systems, networks, or applications without explicit written consent from their owners, you do so entirely at your own legal risk. You agree to indemnify and hold Unfoldd harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your actions outside this platform.
3. Intellectual Property
All challenge architectures, source code, flags, branding, and platform software are the intellectual property of Unfoldd. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform itself. You are permitted and encouraged to publish write-ups and solutions for challenges only after the competition has officially concluded.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime during events, the platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to pause, extend, or terminate events early if critical infrastructure issues arise.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, the Arena Rules, or the Code of Conduct.
